Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fielgarage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care and beauty products (opened or used)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Perishable goods and groceries
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products and downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fielgarage.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items with all original materials and include your order number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
  • We'll process your exchange once we receive and inspect the original item
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment request
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@fielgarage.com with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)
  • Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake:

  • Contact us immediately with your order details
  • We'll arrange a free return pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost
  • You'll receive a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@fielgarage.com

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned without original packaging
